To maintain the high quality of Flygt pumps and mixers, its vital to service them correctly. But that quality can be endangered at the very first service. Maybe you don't have the exact ordering information and order a wrong part. Or perhaps the right parts arrive, but then you realize you need two more to perform the service properly.
To avoid these problems, we've developed a range of service kits. An overhaul kit, for example, will of course contain all the larger components like bearings and seals. But it will also include a complete set of O-rings and even the nuts, bolts and washers for your specific product.
In other words, you are guaranteed all those links that make a pump a Flygt pump. All with one ordering number, in one easy-to-store package. And often for less than it costs to buy each part separately.
Basic repair kit
Includes what you need to repair pumps and mixers, or to perform major overhauls. Available for most small and mid-range models, each kit contains the parts specific to your Flygt product. Consists of main and support bearings, inner and outer mechanical seals and a complete set of O-rings. Certain kits also contain a wear protection ring, retaining ring, lip seal, bearing cover and seal ring holder.
Grinder kit
Contains all the parts normally needed for exchanging the impeller in a grinder pump. Each package includes a cutter wheel, sleeve and of course the impeller. The cutter wheel and impeller are easy to mount because they have been pressed together before leaving our factory.
N-pump upgrade kit
Maximize return on investment, by optimizing your pumps. Our revolutionary N-technique makes it possible to maintain unparalleled pumping efficiency, even in fluids with a high level of solids and fibres, thanks to its self-cleaning impeller. If you already operate Flygt wastewater pumps, you can easily convert them to N-pumps with this upgrade kit.
O-ring kit
Since O-rings keep just 80 percent of their original shape, it's crucial to replace every single one of them every time you dismantle your pump or mixer. With Flygt's O-ring kits, you get the right number and correct sizes of O-rings for your specific pump or mixer - and with just one ordering number. Made of nitrile or fluorinated rubber, our O-rings seal effectively at both high and low temperatures. The kits are available for our most common pumps and mixers.
Flush Valve repair kit
Flush Valve provides a simple, effective and fully automatic way to keep sumps cleaner. In order to maintain its high performance, we've put together a special repair kit. It includes all the wear parts needed to secure optimum flushing: a gasket, two membranes, plus O-rings.
