Proven technology for your water and wastewater pump station
The Flygt NS line comprises our dry pit wastewater pumps for flows of up to 1.500l/s (24.000 gpm) and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Depending on the size, the vertical motors can be closed coupled or mounted via a long shaft from an upper floor. The standard version of the NSline is made of either cast iron or 3% Ni-cast. Different material options and its heavy-duty design make the NS line the perfect choice for any kind of municipal and industrial effluent.
Large variety of hydraulic units and sealings
Depending on the required performance, the liquid, and the station design, the NS-line can be delivered with hydraulics with single or multivane impellers which have proven themselves for more than 100 years. The pump housing with tangential discharge can be mounted in two directions and allows the installation of the motor from both sites.
The “back pull-out” design enables service of the hydraulic parts without disconnecting the suction or discharge piping. For liquids with high levels of fibrous material, the NS line can be equipped with the shearpeller, which has excellent flow-passing properties. The specially shaped radial vanes allow suspended solids to flow easily, minimizing clogging and obstruction.
